These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sensaisearch, available at sensaisearch.com (the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Sensaisearch.com (“Sensaisearch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Sensaisearch is an adult-oriented semantic search engine.

You may use the Service only if you have reached the age of legal majority applicable in the country or jurisdiction where you are located.

By using the Service, you represent that you satisfy this requirement.

If you are not legally permitted to access adult-oriented services or content in your jurisdiction, you must not use Sensaisearch.

2. The Service

Sensaisearch provides a semantic search engine that helps users discover content available on third-party websites.

Sensaisearch does not generally host the content displayed in search results. Search results may contain links, previews, metadata, thumbnails, descriptions, or other information obtained from or relating to third-party websites.

The number, type, ranking, availability, and presentation of search results may change over time.

Sensaisearch currently provides a limited number of results to free users and a larger number of results to Premium users. For example, the Service may currently provide approximately 5 results to free users and 20 results to Premium users.

These limits are not guaranteed and may be changed as the Service evolves.

3. Third-Party Content

Content accessible through Sensaisearch is provided by independent third parties.

Sensaisearch does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because that content is indexed, referenced, or linked by the Service.

We do not systematically review, verify, approve, endorse, or guarantee third-party content.

We do not guarantee that third-party content is accurate, legal, safe, available, appropriate, or compliant with the laws applicable to you.

When you follow a search result, your use of the destination website is governed by that website’s own terms, policies, and practices.

4. Accounts

Certain features require an account.

Accounts are created using an email address.

You are responsible for providing an email address that you control and for maintaining the security of access to your account.

You may request deletion of your account at any time, provided that any active Premium subscription associated with the account has first been cancelled.

Deletion of an account does not necessarily require deletion of information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain, including certain records relating to payments, transactions, security, fraud prevention, or disputes.

5. Premium

Sensaisearch offers an optional paid subscription (“Premium”).

Premium provides additional functionality, including access to more extensive search results.

The exact Premium features and limits are described on the subscription page and may evolve over time.

Material changes that negatively affect an active paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Price and Payment

Premium is currently offered as a monthly subscription paid in USDC cryptocurrency.

The applicable price is displayed before you subscribe.

Payments and recurring subscription transactions are processed through Sensaisearch’s payment infrastructure using ZoneLess.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.

You are responsible for using the correct cryptocurrency, blockchain network, wallet, and payment instructions presented during checkout.

Sensaisearch is not responsible for funds lost because you sent assets using an unsupported currency, address, or network, except where the loss results from our own error or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any network or blockchain transaction fees imposed independently of Sensaisearch are your responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

7. Automatic Renewal

Premium renews automatically every month unless you cancel it before the next renewal.

By subscribing to Premium, you authorize the recurring payment mechanism presented during checkout to process the applicable monthly subscription payment.

The current subscription price and renewal terms will be shown before purchase.

If we materially change the subscription price, we will provide notice where required by applicable law before the new price applies to a renewal.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel Premium at any time from the /account page.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not terminate access to Premium immediately. You will continue to receive Premium benefits until the end of the subscription period that you have already paid for.

There is no minimum commitment period.

9. Refunds and Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Payments for subscription periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel a distance contract within a specified period.

Premium access is provided immediately after successful payment. Where applicable law grants you a statutory withdrawal or refund right despite such immediate access, that right remains unaffected.

Any such statutory rights apply independently of this general refund policy.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, infrastructure, or data;
• circumvent technical restrictions or usage limits;
• perform abusive or excessive automated requests, scraping, crawling, or extraction;
• use bots or automation in a manner that materially harms the Service or its users;
• attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls;
• introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful traffic;
• use the Service in connection with unlawful activity;
• use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of another person;
• attempt to reverse engineer or exploit security vulnerabilities except where expressly permitted by applicable law; or
• otherwise use the Service in a manner that materially disrupts its normal operation.

11. Abuse and Protection of the Service

We may use reasonable technical measures to protect Sensaisearch, its infrastructure, and other users against abuse, attacks, excessive automated use, or other prohibited activity.

If a Premium subscriber materially violates these Terms or abuses the Service, we may terminate or disable the Premium subscription.

Unless required for technical security, legal compliance, or protection of the Service, we do not ordinarily close user accounts on our own initiative.

Where applicable law requires otherwise, mandatory legal obligations take precedence over this policy.

12. Reporting Content or Search Results

If you believe that a search result or indexed resource is unlawful, infringes rights, should not appear in the Service, or otherwise requires our attention, contact:

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant result or URL and understand the basis of your request.

Submitting a report does not guarantee removal. Reports will be considered in light of applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

13. Availability and Changes

Sensaisearch is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, permanent, or continuously available operation.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party outages, technical problems, or other circumstances.

We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

14. Intellectual Property

The Sensaisearch website, software, interfaces, branding, original text, and other materials created by Sensaisearch may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit those materials without authorization.

This provision does not claim ownership over third-party content indexed by the Service.

All rights in third-party content remain with their respective owners.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sensaisearch does not make warranties regarding:

• the accuracy or completeness of search results;
• the legality or safety of third-party content;
• the continued availability of any third-party website;
• the suitability of search results for a particular purpose; or
• uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

Search results are generated and ranked through automated systems and should not be treated as an endorsement or verification of the underlying content.

Mandatory warranties or consumer protections applicable under law remain unaffected.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sensaisearch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from:

• third-party websites or content;
• temporary interruption or unavailability of the Service;
• actions taken by third-party websites;
• loss caused by incorrect cryptocurrency payment instructions entered or selected by the user; or
• unauthorized use resulting from circumstances outside Sensaisearch’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

17. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time, provided that any active Premium subscription associated with the account has first been cancelled.

Cancelling Premium does not end access to Premium benefits immediately. If you cancel during a paid subscription period, you will continue to receive Premium benefits until the end of that period, unless you delete your account before then.

Deleting your account takes effect immediately and permanently ends access to any remaining Premium benefits, including benefits from a subscription period that has already been paid for. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of that period, except where required by applicable law.

Certain transaction, security, accounting, legal, or dispute-related information may be retained after account deletion where necessary or permitted by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on sensaisearch.com will indicate its effective date.

If a change materially affects an active paid subscription or your legal rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
