Privacy Policy
Effective date: 7 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sensaisearch collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use sensaisearch.com and related services.
The Service is operated by Sensaisearch.com (“Sensaisearch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
You may contact us about privacy matters at:
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed when you:
- visit Sensaisearch;
- perform searches;
- click search results;
- create or use an account;
- subscribe to Premium;
- make subscription payments;
- contact us; or
- otherwise interact with the Service.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account information
If you create an account, we collect the email address you provide.
We use the email address to:
- create and operate your account;
- identify your account;
- associate your account with Premium subscription status and relevant transactions;
- provide account-related functionality; and
- respond to account or support requests where necessary.
2.2 Search queries
We process the search terms you submit to Sensaisearch.
Search queries are not intentionally stored as part of a profile associated with your email address or account.
However, for a limited period, search activity may be technically correlatable with network or request logs containing identifiers such as an IP address or request/session identifier.
We do not use search queries to build advertising profiles or intentionally infer sensitive personal characteristics about individual users.
Because Sensaisearch is an adult-oriented search engine, a search query may itself contain or suggest information that could be considered sensitive under certain data protection laws. We therefore seek to minimize the period during which search activity can be associated with technical identifiers.
Image searches
Premium image searches require us to verify your identity and active subscription.
We temporarily process the image on our servers to find visually similar scenes. If you provide an image link, we download the image from the website hosting it. That website receives the usual connection information for the download, but we do not send your account details or authentication credentials to it.
We do not retain your image or the data generated to compare it with search results. Image-search results are not cached, and the image is discarded after the search is processed.
If you submit an image link, we record that link, including any parameters it contains, in technical logs for troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention. These logs may reveal information about your search and may be correlatable with other technical identifiers. They follow the log-retention rules below, normally approximately 30 days. We also use temporary search counters to enforce usage limits and protect the Service and the websites hosting images from excessive requests. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or provide an account-based image-search history.
Search-quality feedback
When the feedback question is displayed, we save the search terms (for text searches), selected filters, search type, time, and the identifiers and order of the results displayed. If you vote, we also save your positive or negative response and any optional comment you write (up to 1,000 characters). We use these records to understand and improve search relevance. Occasionally we may show two lists of results and ask which you prefer, whether both are equally good, or whether neither is good. We save both lists and your preference, together with any optional comment, for the same 12-month period. Image files, image links submitted for image search, account identifiers, email addresses, and IP addresses are not included in these records. We do not link feedback records to your account or other personal information. The only personal information included in feedback records is information you voluntarily provide in your search terms or optional comments. The records are processed on our servers by the hosting providers listed below; we do not share them with advertisers.
These records are retained for 12 months and then removed by a daily cleanup. Search terms may contain sensitive information; the absence of account information does not necessarily make a search anonymous. Temporary technical logs may still allow correlation as described in this Policy.
2.3 Click information
We may record when a user clicks a search result.
Click information is used to operate, evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve the search service.
Click records are not intentionally associated with the user’s account or email address.
As with searches, click information may remain technically correlatable with IP addresses or other request identifiers during the limited log-retention period described below.
2.4 IP addresses and technical logs
Our infrastructure may process and temporarily store technical information including:
- IP addresses;
- timestamps;
- request information;
- network and security information;
- request, connection, or session identifiers;
- error information; and
- other technical logs required to operate and secure the Service.
Identifiable technical logs are retained for approximately 30 days, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident, abuse, fraud, legal claim, or technical problem.
2.5 Premium and transaction information
If you subscribe to Premium, we process information necessary to manage your subscription and payments.
This may include:
- your email address;
- subscription status;
- payment amount;
- payment date;
- transaction identifiers;
- blockchain transaction information;
- cryptocurrency payment information; and
- records generated by our ZoneLess payment infrastructure.
Transaction records may contain a copy of the email address associated with the subscription at the time of the transaction.
Blockchain transaction data may also exist permanently on the relevant public blockchain independently of Sensaisearch.
We do not control or have the ability to erase information recorded on a public blockchain.
2.6 Communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, together with your contact details.
3. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
- providing the search service;
- creating and maintaining accounts;
- providing Premium functionality;
- processing and administering subscriptions;
- maintaining transaction records;
- responding to support requests;
- maintaining security and preventing abuse;
- investigating incidents and technical problems;
- improving the performance and relevance of the Service;
- complying with legal obligations; and
- establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use personal data for third-party advertising.
We currently do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
4. Legal Bases
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or a similar legal framework applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases.
Performance of a contract
We process information where it is necessary to provide the Service or Premium features you request, including account information, subscription information, and data necessary to perform searches.
Legitimate interests
We may process limited technical information where necessary for legitimate interests such as:
- securing the Service;
- preventing abuse and attacks;
- maintaining system reliability;
- diagnosing technical problems;
- understanding aggregate use of the Service; and
- improving search functionality.
We seek to minimize identifiable data used for these purposes and balance these interests against the privacy rights of users.
Legal obligations
We may retain or process information where required to comply with accounting, tax, regulatory, judicial, or other legal obligations applicable to us.
Legal claims
Where permitted by applicable law, information may also be retained or processed where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5. Sensitive Search Terms
Sensaisearch does not ask users to provide information about their health, sexual orientation, sex life, religion, political views, ethnicity, or other sensitive characteristics as part of an account profile.
However, users may voluntarily enter search terms that contain or could potentially suggest sensitive information.
We do not intentionally use such queries to determine or create profiles of users’ sensitive characteristics.
Search data is separated from account email information and identifiable technical logs are subject to the limited retention period described in this Policy.
6. Separation and Anonymization of Search Data
Sensaisearch is designed so that search queries and click information are not stored as part of a user’s email-based account history.
For approximately 30 days, search and click data may nevertheless be technically correlatable with IP addresses or other temporary identifiers contained in infrastructure logs.
After this period, those identifying logs are deleted in the ordinary course.
Apart from the search-quality records retained for 12 months as described above, search and click information that is retained after the identifying information has been deleted is intended to be retained only in an anonymized form that no longer reasonably permits identification of an individual.
Truly anonymized information may be retained for an indefinite period for statistical, technical, research, or search-quality purposes because it no longer identifies an individual.
If information remains reasonably capable of being linked to an identifiable person, we will continue to treat it as personal data rather than anonymized data.
Saved videos
If you choose to save a video as a favorite while signed in, we store its identifier, title, source link, thumbnail link, and the time it was saved with your account. We use this information to show your favorites across sessions and apply the free-account limit. Favorites are separate from search queries and click logs. You can remove a favorite at any time.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, subject to legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Our principal retention practices are:
Technical logs and identifiable search/click correlations: approximately 30 days.
Search-quality records: 12 months, including search terms, displayed results, votes, and optional comments, followed by daily deletion.
Search and click data after anonymization: may be retained indefinitely provided it has been effectively anonymized and is no longer personal data.
Saved videos: retained until you remove them or delete your account.
Account email address: retained while the account exists and for as long afterward as reasonably necessary for subscription administration, legal obligations, transaction records, fraud prevention, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Transaction records: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable accounting, tax, legal, transaction-verification, or dispute-resolution requirements.
Historical transaction records created by our payment infrastructure may contain the email address used for that transaction. Such information may therefore remain stored with transaction records after an account is deleted where retention remains necessary or technically required for those purposes.
Support communications: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and address related legal or operational matters.
Where information is no longer necessary, we aim to delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.
8. Service Providers
We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate Sensaisearch.
These currently include:
- Cloudflare, for network, security, delivery, and infrastructure services;
- Google Cloud, for cloud infrastructure and data processing services, application and account-related infrastructure.
These providers may process personal data on our behalf as service providers or processors.
We do not authorize these providers to use Sensaisearch user data for Sensaisearch-independent advertising purposes.
Our cryptocurrency subscription infrastructure uses ZoneLess, which is operated within infrastructure controlled by Sensaisearch rather than being used as an independent third-party payment processor, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
9. International Data Processing
We configure our infrastructure with the intention of storing core application data in the European Union where supported by the relevant services.
However, providers such as Cloudflare and Google operate global infrastructure and may process, access, or transfer certain information outside the country or region where it was initially collected.
Where required by applicable data protection law, such transfers are subject to appropriate legal safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
We therefore do not guarantee that every technical processing operation occurs exclusively within the European Union.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Sensaisearch does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
We may use cookies, local storage, or comparable technologies where necessary for:
- authentication;
- account sessions;
- security;
- maintaining user-selected settings; or
- essential operation of the Service.
When search comparisons are enabled, a temporary first-party visit cookie keeps the same search comparison and list order when you refresh. The cookie and the associated temporary visit record expire after 24 hours. The cookie contains only a random identifier; it contains no search terms or account details. This visit identifier is not saved in the feedback records and is not used for advertising.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies requiring consent under applicable law, we will update our practices and provide any required consent mechanism.
11. No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share personal data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or equivalent advertising purposes.
We do not maintain advertising profiles based on your searches.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No system connected to the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should therefore also take reasonable steps to protect access to their accounts and email addresses.
13. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:
- request access to personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request restriction of certain processing;
- object to certain processing based on legitimate interests;
- request portability of certain data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection authority.
These rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations provided by law.
To exercise a privacy right, contact:
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Because search queries and clicks are deliberately not associated with user accounts after identifiers are removed, we may be unable to identify or retrieve anonymized information relating to a particular individual.
14. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account.
Deleting your account will remove your saved videos and remove or disable other account-related information except for data that must or may lawfully remain stored for transaction, accounting, security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Search and click information is not maintained as an email-linked account history.
15. Public Blockchain Information
Payments involving USDC may generate records on a public blockchain.
Blockchain networks are operated independently of Sensaisearch and may permanently preserve transaction information.
Once information has been recorded on a public blockchain, Sensaisearch generally cannot modify or delete it.
You should avoid including unnecessary personal information in blockchain transactions.
16. Children’s Privacy
Sensaisearch is intended only for adults who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
The Service is not intended for children or minors.
If we become aware that an ineligible minor has created an account or provided personal information, we may take appropriate steps to address the situation in accordance with applicable law.
17. Third-Party Websites
Search results may direct you to third-party websites.
Sensaisearch does not control the privacy practices of those websites.
Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service, infrastructure, or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published on sensaisearch.com with its effective date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
